In Acts chapter 10, Peter meets Cornelius, who is an Outsider to Israel and to God. Yet, in God's grace, Cornelius is introduced to Jesus Chris,t and is rescued, along with his household, and given the Holy Spirit.

Acts is divided into 3 Basic Sections. The Insiders, the In-Betweeners, and the Outsiders. But as Acts progresses, another group emerges, the Joiners. Acts 16 introduces this group who begin to join God, even when God starts to change who is part of His family.
